Steps:

1. Download the required tools above
2. Install cheat engine
3. Open Ninja Saga on facebook
4. Extract and Open trainer you downloaded above
5. In trainer select your browser process
6. Then enable the Damage Hack 
7. Go back to ninja saga and play
8. Enjoy
